GERTEC IS-60-EA-VA | Automatic Grout Plant

The GERTEC IS-60-EA-VA is a compact automatic mixing and grouting system for construction site use. It is used for anchor grouting, general grouting, cavity filling, microtunnelling, ground injection and bentonite lubrication.

The system processes cement and bentonite slurries, anchor grout, annular-space filling materials, insulation slurries and fly ash slurries. In automatic mode, the system prepares suspensions according to stored recipes, transfers them to the agitator tank and keeps them ready for the injection pump. Bagged material can also be processed.
