GERTEC IS-80-EAHD – High-pressure grouting plant

The GERTEC IS-80-EAHD combines mixing, agitation and injection of cement, bentonite and suitable void-filling slurries. The plant is designed for grouting in geotechnical works, anchor grouting and void filling.

The high-pressure version combines an automatic mixing plant with a plunger pump rated for a maximum of 230 bar. A 250-litre water tank complements the 280-litre mixer and 560-litre agitator tank. Every component in the pressure line must be rated for the intended operating pressure.
