GERTEC IS-150-EA – Grouting plant

The GERTEC IS-150-EA combines mixing, agitation and injection of cement, bentonite and suitable void-filling slurries. The plant is designed for grouting in geotechnical works, anchor grouting and void filling.

Recipe control processes one liquid and two solid components. The 500-litre mixer and 1500-litre agitator tank provide increased mixing and holding capacity; the manufacturer bases its output on 25 batches per hour at water/solids = 1.0.
