GERTEC Automatic Batch Mixer CM-1500-EA

The GERTEC CM-1500-EA produces cement and bentonite suspensions in automatically controlled batches. The plant supplies binder suspensions for soil mixing and diaphragm wall processes, as well as material for cavity filling.

The 1500 l mixing unit is designed for large batches. A 1200 l water tank supplies recipe water; the finished suspension leaves through a DN 125 outlet with a Perrot male coupling.
