The GERTEC CIM-100-EA prepares binder suspensions in automatically metered batches. Its component arrangement accommodates fresh and recycled water, two solids and one liquid admixture.

Water and silo-fed solids are metered using the mixer weighing system. The liquid admixture is metered volumetrically. Bag feeding requires conversion to a bag loading grid and is separate from silo operation.
