COMACCHIO CX 30 DD is an exploration rig for diamond core drilling. The method recovers continuous rock cores for geological investigation. Controlled rotation and feed support the coring process; the barrel, rods and drilling fluid are selected for the formation and required sample diameter.

The CX 30 DD provides greater pullback capacity for heavy coring strings. Its crawler platform combines this capacity class with positioning across the exploration site.
