1928: Founding of the Hammer Works

With the rise of the granite industry, Gotthard Knödlseder recognized the demand for high-quality stoneworking tools. As early as 1927, he produced the first tools in his own cellar. In 1928, the business was officially registered, marking the founding of the hammer works.
